Parts Guidelines
PRICES: For exact prices contact parts@pacifictrucktank.com. Orders will be processed with prices in effect at date of shipment unless otherwise notified. List prices may vary from published manufacturer’s prices to provide continuity in discounting.

MINIMUM BILLING: $20.00
CREDIT: Orders will be shipped on an open account with prior approved credit status. New accounts are shipped COD until credit is established. Accounts with balances over 60 days will also be shipped COD. Terms are net 15 days. Late payments are subject to a prorated service charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR).

TAXES:
Prices do not include state or local taxes. Taxes will be charged where applicable.

FREIGHT:
All prices are FOB shipping point. We normally ship from our warehouse, but we reserve the right to drop ship from other points at our discretion. UPS, Parcel Post and Pacific Truck Tank shipments are sent prepaid and charges will be added to the invoice. Motor freight and bus shipments are sent freight collect.

RETURNED GOODS:
Returns for credit must be in saleable condition and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice with a note explaining the reason for return. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if parts are not returned within 30 days from invoice date. No restocking fee will be charged if the error is ours.

WARRANTIES:
Warranties on merchandise or equipment are made by the manufacturer. Pacific Truck Tank hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Pacific Truck Tank neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability in connection with this sale. Any manufacturer’s warranties are limited to repair or replacement of any defective items. There is no warranty by anyone, including Pacific Truck Tank, for any loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the equipment, or any other consequential damages. Warranty claims will be processed by Pacific Truck Tank when items are returned freight prepaid.

GENERAL:
Any shortages or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please note shortages or damage on carrier’s receipt. Responsibility for filing claim rests with the customer, but we will assist you whenever possible. Special orders are not subject to cancellation or return for credit.
